1. Payment methods
Only payment methods displayed during checkout are currently accepted. Stripe may process card and other enabled methods, and PayPal may be available for eligible destinations. Display of a provider is not a promise that every method is available in every country.
2. Currency
Our default currency is GBP. The exact transaction currency and total are shown before payment. Your card issuer or account provider may apply its own conversion rate or cross-border fee when your account uses another currency.
3. Card and account data
Payment credentials are entered into the selected provider's hosted or provider-controlled interface. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes. We retain provider references, payment status and information needed for orders, refunds, fraud prevention and accounting.
4. Verification and fraud prevention
A payment may require additional authentication or manual review. We may delay dispatch or cancel and refund an order where payment cannot be verified or where fraud, sanctions or delivery risks cannot be resolved.
5. Problems with payment
If the checkout reports an error, avoid repeatedly submitting the same order. Check your order status or contact steven@aslete.com. Never send card numbers or security codes by email.
