ASLETE

Privacy Policy

How ASLETE collects, uses, shares and protects personal information.

Version 1 · Effective 8 September 2026

1. Who we are

This website is operated by ASLETE LTD, trading as ASLETE, from 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE. Questions about this policy or your personal information can be sent to steven@aslete.com.

2. Information we collect

We may collect contact details, billing and delivery information, order contents, customer-service correspondence, payment status and fraud-prevention signals such as IP address and device/browser information. Card numbers and card security codes are collected by the selected payment provider and are not stored by us.

3. Why we use information

We use personal information to provide requested services, process and deliver orders, prevent fraud, respond to enquiries, handle returns or disputes, meet accounting and legal duties, maintain site security and, where you have consented, send optional marketing communications.

4. Who receives information

We share only the information reasonably needed with service providers involved in the transaction, such as Stripe or PayPal for payment processing, DHL or another disclosed carrier for delivery, and providers of hosting, email, security and professional services. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices where applicable.

5. International processing

Orders may be fulfilled from China and service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.

6. Retention

We retain order and accounting records for the period reasonably required by tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and legal obligations. General enquiries are normally retained for no longer than 24 months unless an issue remains open. Optional marketing information is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, subject to a minimal suppression record.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on the applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Contact steven@aslete.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

8. Security and changes

We use access controls, encryption in transit, restricted administration and payment-provider hosted collection to protect information. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Material changes to this policy will be published here with a new version and effective date.
