ASLETE

Terms and Conditions

Terms applying to use of the ASLETE website and consumer purchases.

Version 1 · Effective 8 September 2026

1. Seller

The seller is ASLETE LTD, trading as ASLETE, with registered address at 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE. Contact: steven@aslete.com.

2. Products and information

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Product colours may vary slightly by display. Illustrative images are identified as such. Technical specifications shown on a purchasable product page form part of the product description.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown beside the amount. The checkout shows the product total, delivery charge and any tax or mandatory charge collected by us before you place the order. Your order creates an obligation to pay when you select the final payment action.

4. Order acceptance

An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order request. Our acceptance occurs when payment is confirmed and we send an acceptance or dispatch confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order before dispatch if an item is unavailable, pricing is clearly erroneous, payment is not authorised, delivery is unavailable, or fraud/sanctions checks cannot be completed. Any captured amount for a cancelled order will be returned through the original payment method.

5. Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours on business days using DHL or the carrier disclosed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Please review our Shipping and Delivery Policy for destination, delay and import information.

6. Cancellation, returns and faults

Cancellation and return rights are described in our Cancellation Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable UK consumer rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders, reverse engineer protected services, upload harmful content or use payment features for a person or business not authorised by ASLETE LTD.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful. Subject to mandatory consumer law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, while you retain any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence.
